Deadlines

Here are the deadlines for adding brands, gin, tonics and equipment on the website for Copenhagen Gin Fest.

March 1st: All exhibitors have registered.

April 1st: The website and Udstillerguide are ready for launch. Alle exhibitors have added the brands that they will bring to Copenhagen Gin Fest.

April 15th: All gins, tonics and equipments are added under each brands.

How to create brands

You can add all the brands that you bring to the the festival. Once you have created a brand you can then create the different products for that brand.

How to add a brand

  1. Click the menu item “Brands” in the menu to the left
  2. Click on the button “Add New” at the top of the page – right next to the text “Brands”
  3. Write the name of the brand in the field where it says “Add title”
  4. Now fill the fields under each of the three tabs: Description, images and optionally contact
    1. Description
      1. Write a description of the brand in the field “Description”
    2. Images
      1. You need to upload a logo in the field “Logo”. This image is shown on the all brands overview
      2. You need to upload a header image. This image is shown on the page for the brand. It must be min 1600×500 px.
      3. You can upload more images in the field “Gallery”. These images are shown in a gallery on the brands page
    3. Contact
      1. If you want you can add you contact info. They will be shown on the brands page
      2. Note that the field “Email” needs to be an email
      3. Note that the field “Website” needs to be a complete URL (http://dinhjemmeside.dk)
